SERVICE AGREEMENT

Welcome to Building Desires and Infinite Ashe Productions. By commissioning services or making purchases through our platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

I. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide the following services:

1. Sim and Construction Design

   • Full sim layout, terraforming, custom building, landscaping, and decor based on your creative vision.

2. Videography Services

   • L$4,000 for videos published on our Infinite Ashe YouTube Channel.

   • L$6,000 for video files sent directly to the client via Google Drive or Dropbox.

3. Custom Clothing Design

   • Starting at L$2,500 for basic custom outfits.

   • Exclusive custom outfits begin at L$4,000 and up, depending on complexity.

II. PAYMENT TERMS

• A 75% deposit is required upfront before any work begins.

• 50% of the total cost is non-refundable.

• Remaining balances must be paid upon completion or according to the terms discussed at contract signing.

We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met. All prices are listed in Linden Dollars (L$).

III. COMPLETION TIMEFRAME

• Sim projects are generally completed within 2 weeks, depending on complexity.

• Videography and clothing timelines will be discussed per project.

IV. EXPENSES & ADDITIONAL COSTS

• The client is responsible for additional costs such as texture uploads, licensed content, or third-party elements.

• All additional costs must be pre-approved and paid within 48 hours of invoicing.

V. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

• Either party may cancel this agreement for cause with written notice.

• Optional cancellation by either party requires 2 days’ notice.

VI. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

• We operate as independent contractors. We may hire assistants or subcontractors as needed.

• We retain the right to work for other clients.

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All completed work including builds, videos, images, and custom content remain the property of the client once payment is complete.

• For videography, clients receiving files directly (Dropbox/Drive) own the full usage rights. If hosted on our channel, ownership of raw footage remains with Infinite Ashe Productions.

• We retain the right to showcase work for portfolio or promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

VIII. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any proprietary or personal information shared with us will remain confidential. We will not disclose your information without permission.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for platform outages, technical failures in Second Life, or loss due to client error or policy violations by third parties.

X. DISPUTES

All disputes should be addressed directly with Diatoma Clarity. If unresolved, further steps may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
