1. All builds require 75% down payment ....NON REFUNDABLE!!! No Exceptions!!! (we will make sure you are satisfied with your build!!)

2. After initial consultation and we determine what you want ....any changes will be a new contract and will be charge as such. 

3. All sales are final, NO Exceptions. 

4. NO FULL PERM ITEMS WILL BE SOLD NOR GIVEN, PLEASE DO NOT ASK!!
